How My Coaching Works:

​

On average, it can take longer than two months to form a new habit that becomes automatic. This is why I require a minimum commitment of 3 months to get started. I want you to feel confident that you can continue with your new healthier lifestyle once our sessions are complete.

​

  • We will start with a 30-minute complimentary consult call to see if we would be a good fit to go on this journey together.

​

  • Once a commitment is made to each other, you'll receive an intake form so that I can get to know you better and so that you can book your first coaching call where we will set your personal nutrition goals, and a weekly observation tracker to complete so that we can get a good idea of how to get started based on your individual needs and habits.

​

  • We will book a weekly in-person, over-the-phone, or Zoom meeting for up to 40 minutes to discuss how to approach the week ahead. Each week we will discuss what worked well for you, what obstacles came up, and what we can change or include moving forward.

​

  • I will be available to you each and every day through texting, WhatsApp, or email. This will be for any questions that you need answered or words of encouragement along the way. I will be your accountability partner and cheerleader!

​

  • I have many client resources and articles that I will share with you, as well as meal plan options with shopping lists, meal prep guides, and recipes.

 

I have trained in almost every style imaginable for the past 30 years and I understand that our bodies respond differently to exercise through all the many stages and ages in our lifetime. I offer private personal training sessions in my home as well as outdoor group fitness classes to bring like minded women together and build new connections and friendships.   • How are the weekly meetings done?
    Depending on your location, we will meet in person, over the phone or via Zoom.
  • Do you offer a payment plan?
    Yes, we can schedule automatic monthly payments.
  • Do I have to count calories and measure food?
    This will depend on each individual and their relationship with food. It can be a good idea to track what you are eating for the first couple of weeks to get a good understanding of where you are at. This can also become too obsessive and cumbersome for some. The goal is to learn how to pay attention and be aware while still enjoying your life. It is all about the balance.
  • How will I track my calories?
    MyFitnessPal is a free, user-friendly app that can be used to track your food intake. You can also set goals and track your exercise in this app if you would like to.
  • Can I change my mind?
    Yes, if you decide within the first 7 days that you have had a change of heart or this program is not for you. I will refund your payment in full, no questions asked.
  • Do you offer a money back guarantee?
    After the first 7-day grace period is up. If you complete the entire 3 months with me, attend all of our meetings and communicate effectively with me throughout the process while giving it your all. If you still feel at the end of our time together that you did not receive any benefit from your journey with me, then yes, I will refund 100% of your money.
